From the streets of Freetown, Sierra Leone, where fabric markets hum with color and life, Fatmata’s journey began. A natural-born stylist, she was the girl who turned sidewalks into runways, who could make secondhand denim look like designer couture. Her fashion sense wasn’t taught — it was lived.
But life, like fashion, is never a straight line. College came with challenges, including raising her first child. Yet even then, she never let go of her dream. She worked. She hustled. She grew. Until one day, she decided it was time.
